  1. At the CAC, I raised the issue of 460 objections, from the Hockley area, relating to the recent Core Strategy DPD consultation, that have been manipulated by RDC and posted to a different section to that clearly specified. The committee unanimously agreed to escalate this to the Chief Executive.
What wasn’t mentioned at the meeting was the hundreds of objections from the Hullbridge area which have been posted simply with the narrative “Objection to the housing in Hullbridge.
See paper copy for details”. Thus people cannot see what is being said and paper submissions are being treated as second class.
Cllr John mason has formally complained about similar treatment in Hawkwell and its been reported that Rawreth Parish Council are also complaining on behalf of their residents.
How do the good people of Hullbridge feel about their objections being censured in this way?
