The 3rd public NAP was held last night. Six people there and two from the Police. The Police were Sergent Andy Clarkson and PC Stuart Williams (apologies if I’ve done the wrong Stuart).
The meeting was very productive and positive. The three key areas identified for action were:
- The Zebra Crossing opposite One Stop on Ferry Road. It is hard to see and not well lit. Also included the parking on the white zig zags.
- Speeding on Ferry Road. This is very much all the time.
- Parking during football matches at the ends of Hillcrest and Hilltop.
These are the areas which will be concentrated on at looked at on a monthly basis by the NAP. If anyone has issues with anything in Hullbridge (from dog fouling, anti social behaviour through to burglaries and concerns over safety) please come to the next meeting on 4 January at the H.C.A.
